Feasibility & Appraisal

OSB SIP Construction
Structural Insulated Panel systems with OSB facings, manufactured in a facility built on the development site and delivered straight to each housing plot.
A factory on the development site.
We establish a temporary panel-manufacturing facility within the development boundary. OSB-faced structural insulated panels are produced to each plot's exact specification and moved directly to the house being built — no long-haul deliveries, no double handling, no weather delays. It brings factory quality to the field, at development scale.

Building the factory where the houses go up turns the panel supply chain into a few metres of level ground.

No HGV deliveries across the country — panels move metres, not miles, from the on-site factory straight to each plot.
